Amazon coupons don't always show for everyone, for example, I also don't see the $1.95 off coupon, but the 20% off subscribe & save coupon shows up for me if I switch to the S&S option.

I was able to replicate this deal, but using a different way.

I selected one-time purchase, clip the coupon, then add to cart. In the cart, there's a section "save 5% now with s&s, and additional 20% on your first order…" (a few lines above changing the quantity or deleting the item). Select that and both coupons applied for me.

They have the same price with the unscented one, was able to get it 8.88 before tax for those that are wondering. You have to search it.

FYI, these are not the same as the ones sold at Costco.
Costco sells the heavy duty version, aka, double sided, there are single side.

the ones Costco sells is double sided and it's $15.99 for 18 pads. , and you can still get it on Amazon at $8.88 for 11 pads

I got the $1.95 coupon but only 15%. Comes to $11.77. Three bucks higher than OP but cheaper than Walmart.
