Many years ago I invested in a 20' set of 2 gage copper jumper cables, and they work today just as well as they ever did. Well worth the investment for me. They were on clearance at Walmart for a very modest discount. No doubt they were being replaced by aluminum type that carried a higher profit margin.
I've used the aluminum type and they usually work okay. I won't buy any for myself, but maybe for someone unlikely to use them more than a time or 2? You can usually let the vehicle run a little longer if the dead battery isn't completely ruined, but they often won't carry the current for a proper jump.
The primary wire I used to wire some stuff on my van that turned out to be aluminum was waaaaay too much trouble. I've had to replace it with real copper wire.
The last retail store I saw with real copper jumper cables was Northern Tool. You can also make your own with welding cable.

I've actually used my jumper pack a few times. Once on myself but a couple times on my mowers and
4 wheelers.
Come on people, it's a ten dollar set of jumper cables from Walmart.
Of course it isn't 20 feet of 4 gauge pure copper.
4 gauge copper is about 2 bucks a foot. And you would need two runs of 20.
Doing the rough math, 2 bucks times 40 = $80. And that's just for the raw copper without clamps.

Napa Auto Parts also sells them, but they are like $300 for the set.
You can still buy pure copper, but super expensive. But people like tow truck drivers, etc. that need something that can jump cars all day long, every day, and never fail will buy them. Also, someone like a tow truck driver can write it off as a business expense.
You can also browse eBay, Craigslist, Facebook marketplace, garage sales, etc. And buy old "used" cables. Look at the cut cross section profile of the individual wires, you can then tell if it is 100% copper or if it is CCA. If you see copper all the way across the cross section, or if you see the aluminum color core and copper color plating.

I see nothing that says they are CCA.
At 25¢ per foot, this is the best deal on 20 foot runs of 4 gauge. Being AL and not CU, it might not carry 80A but it's fine for things like inverters, DIY battery banks, or ceiling mount heaters, etc.
