I think the Sea Salt color is exclusive to Williams-Sonoma.

It's good; we have two (not Impress, but Touch). I don't feel it's worth that. We paid $450 for each of ours.

Not a super deal but not bad. I got it at this price with their store CC to get back store credits to buy other things - which makes it about $1k.

Prior to this, I had the Bambino Plus + Pro Grinder. This machine IMO is much better bc of the burr. All my friends say this machine makes a much better cup.
