Yes. No in that order. It is not in the same league as a Dyson, but is decent for its price. I would only get this if you don't want to spend more on a Dyson. The largest drawback I had with the tineco is it isn't as rugged, the little cylinder filter I the middle as well as the screen mesh around it on the inside, would fill up to quickly requiring a wash and dry. Especially when it comes to fine dust. The dyson prefilter type area is about 3x larger which makes a difference.

Don't buy anything cheaper than this. I progressed from the 50 dollar types, then to 150 to 200, then a maxed out tineco for 300 to 400. Now I only buy dysons.

I bought this last week, and really like it so far! Just FYI, this is the Tango version that comes with the hard floor roller attachment (most you see online don't come with it and it's $99 on the Tineco website).

Is it as good as a Dyson? Probably not, but it's also half the price. Overall, it has good suction, a lot of attachments, fairly lightweight, and decent battery life (30-40mins). The smart feature where it adjusts suction based on amount of dirt is nice too. Seems to extend the battery life and work on a lower setting when it can.

My only question is the lifespan of it. My last cordless vacuum lasted 2 years, but it was an off brand from Amazon. Hoping to have better luck with this one.

I had a Tineco A10 hero (was highly rated by Wirecutter) and it was great until the battery burnt out (and the replacement burnt out). Now I realize why my Samsung Jet 60 cuts off the power when hair jams the head.
Dyson are way way over priced but my experience with Tineco wasn't great.

I've had quite a few shark stick vacuums like this, and generally the ones costco sell are in the mid to upper range of performance and quality. Although to be fair, you can also get them "refurbished" on amazon for like half the price, and they come direct from Shark brand new looking in a plain cardboard box with only a 90 day warranty. Add on an extra warranty for $30 and you're golden.
