TP-Link has a single gang smart fan/light switch that controls speeds and dims the lights; I've never tried it though so can't speak to how good it is: It also requires a neutral:

Lutron makes a smart fan switch as well (neutral required).

The Lutrons are nice because you can pair them with a Pico remote that for example allows you to control their fan switches and light switches from a bedside table.
