This might be targeted to people who don't go there often.

I rarely buy drinks from Starbucks, didn't even have the app installed, and it shows up on my account. My wife who goes to Starbucks multiple times a week didn't get the offer.

I have a feeling that a lot of us aren't seeing it bc we're in that demographic that's only been going lately on the days/times with discounts.
They're prob trying to draw in more infrequent customers who haven't been taking advantage of the recent offers.

Haven't been to Starbucks in 3 months and I didn't get this promo. Did the new CEO really work this quick to reduce/eliminate promos?

This should not be a hot deal and it definitely needs to say "TARGETED" and "YMMV".
