I rarely buy drinks from Starbucks, didn't even have the app installed, and it shows up on my account. My wife who goes to Starbucks multiple times a week didn't get the offer.

They're prob trying to draw in more infrequent customers who haven't been taking advantage of the recent offers.
I haven't seen BOGO, 50% and other great deals from Starbucks since they announced the CEO change. Coincidence?
