I needed some 1/2" sockets one night and saw the metric set of these at Walmart (though the metric "set" doesn't exactly count as a set, it skips a couple sizes). Couple years down the road and none have broken. Tempted to get these just to have a set with clear markings.

I'm going on my 9th year as a mechanic and bought a 80 piece impact socket set off temu for like $35. They all live on my high torque and I've never had an issue. Take that as you will. I feel like the only company that hasnt figured out how to make sockets yet is hyper tough.

They make it hard to find, but these are 6pt deep sockets.

I can't speak to this product but in general hart is a lot better quality than hyper tough

Is Walmart discontinuing hart or at least some tools? A bunch of stuff down the hardware aisle has been on clearance last few weeks
