My lavazza coffee make just broke after just over a year that I owned it, they asked for a video and then diagnosed it as the motherboard failing.
They wouldn't replace it due to "out of warranty". Maybe mine was a lemon but was surprised by them saying motherboard was the issue for a quick video of the thing not turning on…anyways just know if could be a short investment.
