No DRAM. If you need/want DRAM, you'll have to get the more expensive 990 Pro.

I miss the days when a 990 pro could be had for 110

Personally, spend $8 extra and get the Solidigm P44 Pro Series 2TB for $138.59 which is comparable to the 990 Pro in performance

It is at staples in-store right now. My local store let me order it at the in-store price even though it was out of stock there. You do need to use a few coupons to get it down to 110, though.

I got the P41 plus 2TB for like $68 awhile ago when they were super cheap. Ended up using it a USB 3 enclosure and it's been solid as an external game drive. Use it on my desktop and laptop both, no issues

No. FWIW I used a 1TB 980 for a while with no DRAM and was very pleased with the speed, was coming from a SATA SSD. Can't say I notice a different with a newer 2TB drive now that has DRAM (bought for the size on sale).

Microcenter has the 990 Pro 4TB w/heatsink for $340 or the 4TB WD Black with heatsink for $350.
