I've set SD deal alerts to "any rating" - which means I should get notified of a matching deal immediately after it's posted.

But oftentimes it doesn't arrive until WELL after the deal is posted - many times HOURS after it's posted. As a result, I'm already too late and the deal is already expired and I missed out.

This happens quite often actually. Why is that?
