The other feline that I generously permit to live with me eats more kibble (Science Diet), and she is fatter, and throws up more, so there may be something to kibble making you fat and puke, or it may just be my clearly superior genetics.

I haven't had it, but I have had wild-caught chipmunk and mouse sphincter. Both were delicious. I also lick my own regularly. Can't see what would be wrong with squirrel, other than them being too fast to catch. Probably fantastic.
