FYI, the 4-pack is only 60W equivalent whereas the 2-pack is 75W equivalent. Personally, I'm looking for 100W.

You sure your router is not dual band? (2.4ghz and 5ghz.) Google Ai says all routers have 2.4 ghz channel.

I'm sure you have 2.4, you might only use 5 but it's there. You might need to go to settings and shut off 5 for a bit while you set it up.

If you only have 5ghz WiFi broadcasting, these won't work.
On the other hand if you're asking that your cellphone device is on 5ghz but bulbs are connected via 2.4ghz of same router, that'll work.

Can I use these for outdoor pathway lights ? I bought Govee lightbulbs before and they warned against using in "luminary enclosures" so I had to return them. I guess those bulbs can get too hot in an enclosure so wondering if this are in the same type of situation
