That dell alienware R16 on the weekend with the 4070 super ti at $1250 (with the right cc) was a great deal, just couldn't bring my self to buy a pre build like that with all the custom mobo / psu and crap cooling.
I remember you can add them into the card separately and it gives you prices for each item not the price for the whole package.
This 7600X3D bundle ain't worth it at this price, IMO.

So, technically you should be able to do that. But it might depend on the location and the staff you run into as to whether you can do the partial return. The guy who checked my order out was adamant it was a bundle and that was the end of it. But the receipt read in my favor.
I was going to return the mobo and RAM at a later date, using the receipt as proof that I had purchased the items individually and not as part of the bundle, but I ended up selling them before I could make it back--I live pretty far from Micro Center.
In other words, if you live close enough to an MC location, it might be worth a try. But my 7800X3D was $250 with the bundle discount. At MC right now, when bundled, the 7600X3D is $180 (vs $300 full price), and the 7800X3D is $330 (vs $400 full price). You can get the 7800X3D for $320-350 (it fluctuates) on Amazon these days.
Edit: Fixed some errors.
