If it were in a restaurant, it would be in the basement (whether or not the building was so equipped) between the bacon stretcher and cans of steam for the steam table.

I have this, it fixes the banging noise when you swing a hammer and its hit the nail. Apply to shoulders and forearms for better results.

Jokes aside, it is critical to use the correct grease in areas with high friction and high use/cycles. I use something similar and only buy a couple grams in a small packet.
