I received it and had no luck trying to use it. Reward showed applied in cart, but was removed at the time that I clicked pay and the purchase price jumped up to the price without the reward. I contacted Best Buy within minutes, spent over an hour in Chat and on the phone but they had no resolution for me. They said, "No problem you can use the reward on your next purchase." <Sigh!>. Buyer Beware!

I had an issue last time around where it wouldn't apply. It was a few hours before expiration but it should have worked. I contacted Best Buy the next day and thought they'd honor (like they've done with GCs and coupons in the past). They spent 25 minutes fiddling then said they couldn't do it and told me to call in. My coupon was only $5 so it wasn't worth another 20+ minutes to chase that down. Pretty crappy CS, frankly, and makes me inclined to cost them money any way possible moving forward.

Thanks, they gave me $5 last time and I let it expire. Not worth the time or the effort, given how far the store is. Will see if I can find something this time.
