Thought this could be retuned at Walmart within 90 days? Am I missing something?
I did ride it around with some makeshift screws and it seems to work fine, I don't really mind the thing being very scratched and scraped, but figured I'd post up here in case anyone cares enough to try to refuse delivery.
Also, any way to easily test the battery? I suppose I can at least give it a solid run and a full charge and see if it at least puts out 80% of its advertised range

The good:
-The battery upon testing is in good condition. 0 charge cycles so I suspect the battery might be new in my particular unit.
-Tires appear new. Needed some air but work well.
-brakes work as expected.
-all features working fine. Bluetooth, lights, chimes, etc.
-overall ride is great. Nice pickup, more than enough for a first time e-scooter user like me.
The bad:
-visibly used. Scuff marks, scratches, gunky marks.
-the rear wheel hub(?) cap cover thing is cracked.
-some screws with slight wear/scratched. Hopefully not stripped.
Overall:
I'm on the fence. $190 for this is probably fair but I usually keep my toys in good shape so a little tough to accept the condition as is. At the same time, it's a scooter and it's going to fall, get scratched, get wear over time. I kinda think they took a used scooter and just threw new tires and battery in it. So the important stuff seems to be good. I'm going to look around and see if there's another F35 at a similar price of $250 in better condition and if not I'll probably just keep this one .
Edit- I used the app called "Darknessbot" to check battery health. Just connect with Bluetooth and then go to "settings" > "battery health" and you should see all you need to know. Free version is fine for this.
However, It seemed like the response was coming from a third party shop based in China. I assumed this was coming directly from Segway and now I realize that was a big assumption.
Another commenter pointing out the official Segway store on eBay was a young account and only had 12 reviews. I don't think I'd have jumped to buy this scooter if I'd known it was just a random store selling refurbed scooters. I guess they're allowed to call themselves anything they want and the onus to verify is on us.
The response was of course the usual, please return or reject the delivery.

Couple scratches, but zero complaints on condition considering the price.
Downloaded the only iPhone app that might be able to help be understand battery health, but I couldn't get the info. I'll track down an old android and see if the other app works.
