1) I received the scooter in decent condition (a couple scratches here and there. Not the end of the world.) the shipping box was missing one cardboard side that they just taped up with clear tape a bunch of times. The scooter was only really secure on 3 sides so that might've caused a few scratches and dings during its trip from Texas to half way across the country.
2) Walmart automatically refunded me $60. I guess the price briefly dropped and Walmart proactively refunded me the difference. When I checked the price again it still showed $250. Not sure.
3) the box included NO ACCESSORIES whatsoever. The scooter requires 4 screws to mount the handlebar - not included. I ended up pulling some from my parts bin to temporarily secure the handlebar. There's no charger either. I saw in an unboxing video of a brand new version of this scooter it also includes spare tubes, tire, and something to help inflate the tires.
4) I road the scooter briefly until the battery died and I can't charge it. I ordered another charger off Amazon which should get here soon.
5) I'll reach out to Segway support and see what they can do to provide the screws and a charger.
6) when you fold the scooter, it doesn't latch on the rear wheel cover as shown online. The tolerances are slightly off.
7) overall, I had a blast on the scooter. Will get these annoyances sorted out to make it even better
1. Scuffed up around the body of the scooter, nothing too major.
2. Paint chip around the handle bar (i'm assuming someone crashed)
3. Battery hasn't gotten a full charge cycle (assuming new battery)
4. Segway and Darknessbot shows 1 mile driven (maybe testing?)
5. No extra tire, but the tires came fully inflated
6. came with 5 screws to screw the handle bar to the body
7. Came with extra air tube for air.
I'm probably going to keep it for $190, pretty cheap for minor scratches

But the battery shows 91%. Is that the charge level or battery life? Odometer shows 0 miles. Which I'm skeptical about.
