Where does the "Mini" in "Mini Gaming PC" come from ?

It's still a full size case, even though the mobo appears to be mATX.

I wish these gaming computers come with full size mobo and give those extra pcie slots… literally adds years to usage because 3-4 yrs from now I will want to add a new pcie card
