the 20K lumen claim is garbage. despite the funky name these are well known, well built, and tested in the flashlight community

Me too! TD01c will smoke both of these because TD01c is a different animal. It's big and hard to pocket because it's not meant to.

These lights here are easy to pocket.

Like Palin said, the TC01C is a monster with about 1km of throw but not pocket friendly.

The two lights here are much smaller and pocketable, but "only" 450m of throw (which is still quite a lot for the size).

The TD01C is also 3x the cost.

Link to ts11s takes you to the ts12, searched for the ts11s on Amazon and it says it's unavailable. Code worked on the ts12 but I want the stronger light.

I don't know anything about flashlights, so can someone explain why you would pay $20 for a 1050 lumens flashlight when you can get something like a 20K lumens flashlight for almost half the price on Amazon?

The YT channel "Torque Test Channel" has been doing a lot of quality testing videos on this recently. Also my go to for tool performance tests.

all the promo material has USB-A part of the cable/brick hidden(how convenient) but customer images shot A to C, which probably means you can't charge it with USB-C brick,. I would love for someone to confirm.

Only flashlight that i found that charges C to C is Xiaomi Meijia

The other end of the plug is irrelevant. A USB cable is a USB cable. Not sure what charging brick/cable this comes with, but you could definitely use any charger + cable combo that has a male USB-C end to plug into the flashlight.

The charging rate will differ based on the output of your power brick but again, the wire and protocol are the same, the connectors are basically a matter of preference/compatibility for the devices you choose to use (until you get into specific power delivery or data transfer cases where you need a higher spec or capabilities than basic charging)
