That's because it's not called that. The full title is:
Classical Mythology A to Z: An Encyclopedia of Gods & Goddesses, Heroes and Heroines, Nymphs, Spirits, Monsters, and Places
Classical Mythology is generally understood to mean Greco-Roman, although I've seen Ancient Egypt included with it sometimes.
Anyway, it's a pretty good book, if you like this sort of thing. I have the hard copy and like it.
This is just gods from Greek mythology, not sure why it's called A to Z of Gods

Classical just means old unless you're coming from a very Eurocentric household. That's not how they have referred to it in schools for a while now.

Wikipedia:
Classical mythology, also known as Greco-Roman mythology or Greek and Roman mythology, is the collective body and study of myths from the ancient Greeks and ancient Romans. Mythology, along with philosophy and political thought, is one of the major survivals of classical antiquity throughout later Western culture.[1] The Greek word mythos refers to the spoken word or speech, but it also denotes a tale, story or narrative.
You can also google it if you don't believe me. Classical Mythology has been pretty clearly defined what it is for a long time. This isn't something new or controversial.
