This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

Gross: $121.63, Total OOP: 101.62. Needed to purchase a $100 Instacart GC from Costco for $79.99 first. Trade in at GS: $132 Store Credit, $118.80, Net profit: $17.18 for cash
I also ordered a second item of soft candy. Deduct $11.86 from OOP expense for total price of the iPad.
Separate than going to GS to trade it, the only labor time was time it took to the online order. Plus 1% CB via CC.
