you should never call period. this is how you guarantee an employee either lies to you (claiming it themselves) and/or calling unneeded attention.

This is an old school slickdeal. Too cheap to be true. Could cancel or not cancel. You have the suspense and drama on whether or not it will ship. You hope no one calls the store and ruins the deal for everyone.

Same thing here. Shopping complete and heading your way. Waited for 10 minutes and get a message they are sold out.

Been 15 minutes since then. Order still not cancelled. 😞

Is it possible for the driver to pick up and then report that they are sold out? Or does Costco actually confirm once the order is picked up in the system?
