The PowerA controller that this thread is about is an officially licensed controller but it feels cheap. It's very light in your hand and the plastics feel crappy. Also, they don't have rumble. And those no-name 3rd party controllers like the one you linked are almost always not good quality. I know that one has a good amount of positive reviews but a lot of them say the controller is light.
Personally, for around the same price point, I would go for the 8bitdo Ultimate C controller. It's incredibly well built and rival's Nintendo's own $70 pro controller in terms of the way it feels. The sticks are tight and not loose or light to the touch and the motion controls are very responsive. 8bitdo has a long history of really good quality. The only thing it doesn't do that the official Switch pro controller does is read NFC (Amiibo).

I have a PowerA controller like the one in this thread, an official Nintendo Pro Controller, and the 8bitdo Ultimate C and I like the Ultimate C just as much as the official pro controller. More in some ways, even. It has a MUCH better D-Pad than the Pro Controller, for instance. I use them about equally but I never use the PowerA controller because I think it just feels cheap to hold and use. The fact that those PowerA controllers retail at $45 and you can get something as awesome as the Ultimate C for $30 just shows how much you pay for the Nintendo Tax (again, PowerA is officially licensed)

I bought another name many years ago for 17.00 works great still
Here's an 8bitdo hall effect switch controller [amazon.com] (granted, it costs more than this) or if you want something similarly priced, I've been using this controller [amazon.com] for about a month & it's great.
