Have you ever signed up for a free trial on your account before? Most of these Samsung offer doesn't work for me because I have signed up for a free trial many years ago.

This is the way! I started in Romania for a bit over a year until they required a local credit card for payment so moved to Indonesia for another year or so and recently got an email from Google stating they would switch me back to USD because I'm not using the service there primarily. I was able to switch to Israel at least still. It's more, but still roughly half off! $3/mo YouTube Premium Family Plan was nice while it lasted, but any savings is slick I suppose!

what do you mean VPN? Does that mean every time you use it you need to go on VPN? How would that work for smart TV and phones?

You only use it to make the purchase. When they detect an Indian ip + address during check out, they will give you a discounted rate. To login, you don't need to use a VPN.

or pay yt nothing, cause they got greedy with the massive fee bump while squeezing content creators. Use adblockers instead. Enough of Google's exploitation practices. I've been slowly moving away to competing products and don't regret a thing.
