This appears to be rechargeable, not AA batteries. Which means once the built-in battery dies then it's trash.

I don't understand why people like rechargeable flashlights. If you have an emergency you can't change the battery to keep using it. If it takes eventual fire-hazards rechargeable lithiums, at least make them removable/replaceable.

Was at costco today and had a good laugh when I saw that they had rechargeable wall sconce lights (15hrs per charge), could not believe that would even be a product
