I have the NEO2000 for over a year now, in the summer time I charge it off 3 solar panels and have it run a 5000 btu AC. From 100% battery to powering itself off, I've gotten about 1.7-1.8kwh usage. The fan for cooling the solar controller has gotten really loud when the voltage from the solar panels is low, but does quite down after a bit.
It charges at 1200 watts from the wall, and will do pass through while charging, I've seen it pull ~1700-1800 watts from the wall while I am running that same AC, I expect it might let you pull too much power from the wall if you had a higher load, I've just never tested it.
Overall, It's been a good unit for camping, running my AC and other things and I feel like it was worth the $750 I paid for it over a year ago.

In this heavy competitive power station environment, This is no longer competitive.
It's downfall is the terrible solar inputs. 33v-60v and even then its capped off at 600w.
For $599(and minus 5%), get the Pecron E1500 instead.
Better in everyway.
Voltage inputs 32v-95v
2200w
wifi and BT connected.
battery extension.

I just got it delivered on Friday. Didn't realize how heavy it would be. Used to the EF D2. I miss not having wifi and an app. The fan for the solar controller kept changing speed while charging. It would speed up and slow down.. like every 10 seconrds.. Kinda annoying but today is a nice steady slow speed. Not annoying now. Kinda odd. I've been running my window AC inverter and gaming laptop and monitor in max settings while plugged to the solar panel and it last all day. Went from 100% in the morning to 18% by 1am. Glad to hear it's holding up. I'm feeling more confident w/ the purchase. The Pecron E1500 i was looking at too then chose this because of the addtl capacity. Hope customer support will be there if I need it.
