Have you guys played these, and what do they most closely compare to? I know little about them but I'm intrigued. Yes, too late and deal is dead, but wondering whether to keep an eye out for next time.

Yes, I've played Cut and wanted to like them. But the covers just aren't durable. One good wedge and they're done.

I did a little research on reddit and a couple golf forums, and opinions seem to be mixed on cover durability. I've found a bunch of people saying they're fine or no different than competitors, and some have said early versions (the Blue, in particular) had some issues but current versions are much better. Most seem to like them for the most part but most say they're nothing special.

I missed this deal anyway, but I'll probably try them myself at some point when I see a deal. Until then, Bridgestone, Krikland, Noodle, or whatever midrange, mid-compression balls I find for cheap will do for me. I used to get a lot of Pro V's and other high-end balls for free from vendors and rewards programs and whatnot when I ran restaurants, but my game doesn't demand that level of performance. My inconsistent ball striking is way more of a concern than the ball I play, to be brutally honest, so saving a few bucks seems sensible.
