Per product page, the 5.6" combo is Right hand and the 4'6" combo is Right/Left hand

Yes, and more specifically, the 5'6" combo is spincast (even though the header says both, the part number confirms this), and the 4'6" combo is spinning.

Why is it a "ladies" fishing rod? I grew up using whatever was best for the conditions and the fish.

There's a updated version of the GX2 coming out this month, so maybe they're discounting all older GX2 rods

This. Walmart is awful, but the OP should be fixed. Spinning doesn't mean spincast.

Been waiting for this ultralight pole to go on sale all year. Guess i'm buying a ladies pole.

On a more serious note, apparently the only difference is the small amount of pink near the handle.

The Ladies pole has a pink stripe instead of a red stripe. I did not even notice since it looks like a washed-out red stripe.
