The legroom you get in the basic economy in air premia is the same as united's economy plus (this was not fact-checked but just from my experience)
If you are a frequent flyer to ICN, I booked my trip to south Korea in one way, and booked a round trip to SFO starting from Seoul. For some reason starting the round trip from ICN - SFO is much cheaper than SFO - ICN.
Anyways, love air premia. i just hope the route lasts or the air line
