I got the ryobi version of this for less than half the price. Auto stop, several attachments, reasonably quiet.

If you have a ryobi battery laying around definitely worth it. If you're tied into the yellow system then im sure it's great.

I really like this inflator because you can set it to a PSI number and it shuts off after inflating to that pressure. Six months ago I was able to get HD to price match in store, but it was a tough conversation with a manager.

Love mine, have filled 80psi work truck tires. Use it to refill after airing down tires off road with a wore down 5ah battery

If in market for tire inflator, check youtube project farm.

This was a solid unit, runs very cool unlike most other units so expected lifetime should be good.
I have it, run it on old 2ah batts. On long trips we always bring it, and have used it several times saving a multi-hour wait for AAA

Milwaukee inflator M18 much faster, so if you got batts, spend a bit more and get that.

bottom line... whatever battery system you have is the one to go with. If yuo got several battery types, check ProjectFarm for pro-cons, excellent resource

Seriously, this is an automatic buy if you're even thinking about it. Every time I use it I thank myself for buying it. How many things can you say that about?

Agree--had to buy this at full price and was worth every penny.

Coolest feature is that it has a "high-altitude" function you can turn on, so that the pressure you set is automatically adjusted for altitude. Very handy if you live (or travel often) to the mountains.

DEFINITELY worth full price, let alone $80...

EDIT: Bought another one--too good of a deal to pass up.

I have both the Ryobi and the Dewalt. in terms of value for the money I would say the Ryobi would be the winner. The function is exactly the same and they both are just as reliable. It really depends on if you already on Ryobi or DeWalt system. The DeWalt is and feels a little more, like a better made product but both of them are great.

If you have kids, this thing pays for itself when you reach the inflatable pool / pool toys stage. The fact that it's perfect for car and bike tire top-offs is gravy.

Adding my voice to the folks loving on this tool.

At this price, if I didnt have it already I would buy it.

I bought it for convenience sake for my car tires, and it ended up being more convenient than I expected for that. Plus it has also come in handy for various water toys, inflatable tub, etc. Every time I use it I am glad that I got it.
