Fly Rides in Poway is only option for pick up.
I called, but they have a voicemail setup and state they are not taking inquiry of the Yamaha ebike order as they are working hard to get these Yamaha ebike orders prepared for the customers. I am thinking of going to the store this weekend to ask them. It's about 15 minutes away from my place.
Might have been me. I received my battery directly from Yamaha approx 10 days after picking up my Wabash from my LBS (when I registered for the warranty using the LBS computer linked to a specific website). Very pleased thus far.

Are most people just charging it to 100% after each use or stopping the charge at 80%? In addition, how do I know what 80% is when there are only bars (on the battery and on the bike display panel) that aren't exactly correct. haha

I am thinking of changing to 24" wheelset to make it 2in lower, but that is going to look weird?

Don't overthink it, the battery is meant to be used. With two of them and very basic maintenance, you won't notice degradation for a long time.
The one that comes with the crosscore rc is nice. I suspect it also fits the Wabash.
