This company had a recall last time and my device was recalled. I filled the form and waited my refund check. It happened that they email me a voucher from a 3rd party website shop something dot com. I have to register my name, home address, cellphone and email to use that 20 dollar refund on that 3rd party shopping website. It is the same like I sold my personal info for 20 dollar. where is the refund then.

I had got their battery last year and it was recalled later cause it was catching fire.

Mine gets pretty hot when charging, I would stop wireless charging when hot, it sits in your backpack on the go, it
s dangerous, usb c charge seems to be safe, folks, anything getting hot should receive your attention, even your phone!

Interesting. One of my Baseus portable chargers, which I bought on Amazon, went bad and they wanted to refund me via PayPal. I thought that was odd and suspicious. That power bank was still on sale at Amazon for less money than they were going to refund me. I took the refund option, which they quickly paid. I'm happy. Our two other Baseus portable chargers continue to work well, as do our several Baseus desktop chargers.
