glad to see the prices coming down. these are the most fun recreation vehicle I have ever ridden. However, THEY ARE DEATH MACHINES. you can use the savings from this deal for your first ER visit. Armor up your knees, elbows and especially helmet

This. Love my XR. Too scared to ride it these days.

their mid and high end pint are equal to or greatest than the previous flagship XR. if you want to zip around town, the Pint is more nimble and takes up less space when dealing with people, obstacles, etc. gotta wonder whether they'd event bother offering bigger and more expensive models if battery life were not an issue. in many ways the Pints are superior boards

Just a quick note, the Consumer Product Safety Commission put out a warning for consumers to stop using OneWheels as of late 2022, this is a .gov agency as well.

I've had a Pint X myself, and I kind of agree with the public notice. They're quite dangerous, and if you do decide to get one, make sure you have at least a helmet.

Another thing of note, while you might think the Pint and Pint X are more nimble and easier to ride around on, surprisingly the larger ones are. The form factor is nicer, being smaller, but nearly as stable or as easy to ride as the bigger ones. This is especially true when on anything but smooth pavement. The Pint X ride on dirt or grass just isn't very stable. Personally, if I were to get one again, it'd be a larger one.

as PintX owner for last 2 years, I totally agree.
I've been riding very carefully, but I can attest that it only takes a split second of inattention to crash badly. Even a small bump in the road or uneven pavement can throw you off balance.

My latest crash happened at literally 0 speed, and it threw me onto my back, resulting in four weeks of pain. Immediately after that, I told my wife I was done with this.

Before anyone questions my capabilities, I want to clarify that I'm an avid skier, biker, and kite surfer. I feel confident in my muscle coordination for sports, but riding a OneWheel involves many unpredictable risk factors.

brought my onewheel to a picnic family outing. everyone who rode it that day went home with injuries including myself lol. I was going about 3 mph but the wheel dipped into some big dip or hole hidden in the grass, these sideways falls put a lot of impact pressure on left or right shoulder (depending on which foot you put forward and which you keep back) and also on your left or right side rip cage. I have to assume I had a minor cracked rib and took weeks for pain to go away
