linsoul is legit and has good customer service.

the original tangzu wan'er is one of the best sub $25 options around. slightly warm and slightly forward mids. bass and treble are good.
haven't tried these new studio edition ones yet.

Also, for anyone who is interested in IEMs this is a very well known budget single DD (Dynamic Driver). It's a great starting place for those interested in using IEMs. There are plenty of Youtubers who have reviewed both the original Wan'er and the new (listed above) S.G. version.
Other good options in the same price bracket are the Moondrop CHU 2 and Truthear Gate (or the previous version the Truthear Hola if you can still find it).
