What are the criteria for a kitchen faucet to make the leap from "Semi-Pro" to pro?

The spring-looking thing that makes the faucet incredibly dirty over time and hard to clean. Avoid!!!

The handle looks like it will trap water.

Lots of complaints about low flow. Kohler's U.S. made, brass internals faucets are excellent, like as good as you can get from a commodity line. The Chinese stuff is a bit hit or miss. Of course the good stuff costs 3 times this much.

There's a video on YouTube about how to remedy the low flow issue by removing the flow restrictor on this faucet. It's very easy and may help some people.
