Oh, looks like it might be. I haven't ever heard anything bad about secondipity regarding headphones. I've always had good luck in the past.

I would keep an eye on them. From what I've seen they come back in stock from time to time. I've checked every once in a while for a few weeks. And it seems they come in stock around this time or a little earlier.

I would avoid Secondipity. Bought a refurbished XM5 in April and it just died.
Their extended warranty company (CPS) wants $40 for shipping to and from them.

Based on my experience & other Secondipity thread comments, their products are a roll of dice.
