Both say the seller is "ACI gitcards, an Amazon company" and I know there are others that they sell. I just buy the amount/mix I need to hit the max discount (i.e., 2x $30 Netflix, 1 $25 Panda, a $25 McDonalds).
The other thing that happened to me the last time I got this offer was that I HAD to use points in an amount equal to the discount. Like for example, I got 15% off up to $15, but in order to get that 15% discount, I HAD to use $15 worth of points. If I used anything less than $15 of rewards points, I got no discount.
And this time, even though it says I got 15%, my discount is only 10% no matter how many points I use.
