They delete low-star reviews, including mine. The 24 Li-ion batteries I purchased were charged randomly between 0.5V and 3.0V, meaning half of them were not safe to use and went straight to recycling. I looked back at the reviews for that battery and people had the same complaint going back months, meaning it was a known problem that the company didn't fix. The only reason those negative reviews were left up is because they had a high star rating to get past the review filter.
