For any trade-ins, do yourself a favor and record a video when you're at Fed-Ex boxing up. I traded in for the Buds3 Pro on the pre-order deal, and the third-party Samsung uses claimed the box was empty. I had to contact support, and the absolute second I said "video", they did a manual override and approved the trade-in. Check other forums and you'll read about similar experiences.

Great deal. Some of the best sounding earbuds I've tried in terms of detail. Almost IEM level. Won't find a better sounding pair for $90.

While I love these and are a great value, this is not a deal. These are a dime a dozen brand new on eBay and such from Indy sellers. They were 105 on Amazon and no trade in hassle. Nevertheless, I prefer these are buds3 pro. Even though buds3 sound marginally better overall, the NC is finicky (though great when perfectly working) and the comfort of any stem design simply doesn't match the simplicity of buds2/Sony etc.n

Are these better than the buds 3 pro? Have OG buds pro but they keep falling out of my ear now so looking to upgrade.
