For any trade-ins, do yourself a favor and record a video when you're at Fed-Ex boxing up. I traded in for the Buds3 Pro on the pre-order deal, and the third-party Samsung uses claimed the box was empty. I had to contact support, and the absolute second I said "video", they did a manual override and approved the trade-in. Check other forums and you'll read about similar experiences.

Great deal. Some of the best sounding earbuds I've tried in terms of detail. Almost IEM level. Won't find a better sounding pair for $90.

would probably recommend to get the buds pro 3 even if they caved in on the design. Buds pro 2 are fine enough but the ANC and transparency is garbage compared to the 3

These are very uncomfortable. The Galaxy buds FE fit much better because the stem part extends out into your ear more

Best in ear fit I've found. Lost one pretending to throw my lady in the ocean this summer. Also btw you cant use their less-lossy bluetooth codec without newish samsung phones which is a bummer as I still use an lg v60.

If you search on Google, these go anywhere from $90-100 brand new if you don't have a device to trade in.

Considering they are giving $20 for ANY headphones (even the airplane $0 ones), they really should be giving more then $30 for the Air Buds Live.
