Also, a personal design annoyance of this model, no deflecting guard over the air intake so when blowing next to the body, clothes (bottom of shirt, parts of shorts) often get sucked into and blocking the intake grill requiring ongoing adjustment to where the back of the unit is while in use in that position. If you look at many, not all but most, other higher cfm cordless blower designs, they have accounted for this, honestly, I expect better of Makita.
