J Crew Factory rarely has free shipping to home (unlike regular J Crew which always offers free shipping to loyalty members), but you can always select free ship to store if you have one nearby.
Edit: Forgot to mention that it's relatively uncommon to find a 70% off sale for J Crew Factory online purchases. They happen in-store fairly often (e.g. when they're having a 50 - 60% off clearance sale online, you can usually go to a brick and mortar store and find a 70% off sale there) but only a few times a year online.

Edit: never mind, NOT a good deal. Polyester suits. I was confusing this with their Ludlow collection which is a decent suit. The Thompson suit is garbage.
