went to Target today and stumbled upon 50% and 70% off the original 29.99 price. I first bought a bulbasaur and showed it to the clerk at checkout (not self checkout). I took a picture of the clearance to show them the discounts, but I made the mistake of showing BOTH 50% and 70% because they typed in the 50%. I went back later that evening for my other kid and got a Pikachu, but this time, I only took a picture of the 70% ONLY and that's how they rung it up (:
Target also has coupons for $10 if you spend 2 qualifying purchases of $40 or more. and also a 10% off toys purchase (i didn't see this apply to my receipt though) YMMV.

These are NOT the same quality as Pokemon Center ones, which are typically much higher quality. Pokemon Center has a similar line, but it's better constructed. These are a good price if you can get the deal that OP got, especially if you have a small child who isn't going to need or be able to take care of a Pokemon Center collector's plush.
