It's more than ten times cheaper?

Seriously though, this is Linux based and much less powerful than Ally. That's ok though, it's specifically for retro emulation (roughly, everything below PS1). YouTube should have several reviews

Everything on PS1 will also run well on this handheld. The consoles after that (DC, N64, especially PSP) will be spotty.

I ordered items from Ali Express, and the seller was a scammer...said they shipped the item and gave tracking #, but it updated and said "delivery address invalid...package returned." However, when I went to the shipping company -- they initially didn't answer emails or phone calls, so I went to their warehouse w/ my camera in hand and interviewed them, I finally got someone in management to replly saying that they never got the item and that the tracking number was fake. I sent this proof to Ali Express, and they said they still needed a statement from the shipping company saying that I didn't have the item (when I had already just provided this proof...). Charged back and not gonna do business w/ them again...!

On a related note, I use Aliexpress a lot and generally got most packages around the 2 week mark, but they were struggling a lot in late July and August to get my packages in on time. It seems to be better now though

Look at Retroid 4 pro...they are pricey, but high quality....they play gamecube and ps2 well

Neat. I think the RG-556 does too? According to the spreadsheet someone provided. That AMOLED display might be worth it

Theyre about the same price too.

AMOLED is better, but the rp4 pro is more powerful and I can say that it's screen is very good.

The amoled seems to be the preferred choice.

Retroid 5 is in pre-order and has OLED screen and 865 processor, which is not only just more powerful, it has wide adoption of drivers, so emulators (should...) work better. I think it will be the new king of that price bracket. Next step up from there is the AYN Odin 2, which is a monster in terms of performance and battery life. Incredible device.

These 35xx and 40xx aren't very powerful, but can play most everything up to PS1, easy-ish to setup, and are great carry-arounds. I tend to order one or another when they come up for sale. Load 'em up, play them for a bit, and then give them away to someone who asks me about it while I'm out using it. Really makes people's day, mine too.
