Rolled the dice and ordered another but fully prepared to return again if the next one is a mess.
Sharing my experience in case you're on the fence, you may get a busted scooter in the mail.
Lets see here $249-$60 = 189. Had I wanted a Good condition, that partial refund would have topped this current deal. However, I told them to cancel the order all together. After all, my helmet also failed to ship.
My scooter is also fairly beat up. Tires look good, battery seems new and is performing well. Wheels and motor seem good.
For 195+tax I'm extremely happy although your milage may vary (literally)

I haven't rode them enough to declare battery health. The pneumatic tires were no problem, and they gave a little adapter hose that make them easier to air up then other scooters I've rode. The deck was pretty narrow and shorter compared to a Hover-1 Alpha which surprised me.
These are great adult starters with very nice features including a front camera. Just for peace of mind I also purchased the 3 year Allstate warranty for about 40 bucks.
