You cant really backup a whole home. You could put 1 appliance on battery for a few hours in an emergency, like a fridge or furnace. Obviously if its day time you could get more time with solar. I use a delta 2 to charge tool batteries at a remote construction site.

Using this exact setup (well, ok, mine is a delta 2) I am able to get 3-4 days of use from my full size fridge as long as I get full sun in the days. I did end up buying another cheaper solar panel off eBay to supplement the 220W EcoFlow one, so now I can run indefinitely as long as I get sun every other day or so. FWIW, I was able to run my fridge on just the battery alone for around 16 hours.

I bought the new gen 220w as well but it is not bifacial. Having the previous bifacial, it is a hard sell for the extra money unless you live in snow, sand or an always cloudy environment that might make sense.

Damn I paid a lot more for the Delta 2 with the new panel in the July deal.

What improvement does this have over the Delta 2?

Just bought the Delta 2 bundle from Costco for $800; essentially the same capabilities (just 2x 110 solar panels instead of 1x 220), and similar cost. Should I keep the Delta 2, or return it and get the Delta 3? I can't see major differences, but I'm thinking in terms of forward-compatibility as well as possibly improved internal components on the Delta 3 version... Anyone have experience with the Delta 2 and a perspective on moving to the Delta 3?

OK, If I don't care about the $50 savings, which site should I order from? I want the best customer service and Amazon says the item is NOT returnable? I realize buying thru Amazon, I can still get support directly thru ecoflow but I want the path of least resistance in case there is a problem.

Are you guys buying thru Amazon or Ecoflow?

I'm looking to purchase a system for the Whynter 12,000 BTU ASHRAE Portable Air Conditioner with the following specs: Maximum cooling power consumption of 1,200W / 10.5A and a power supply of 115V / 60Hz / 1 Phase. Would this be sufficient for my needs? Could someone please explain how to calculate the energy usage and how many hours this system would last? I'm new to this, so I really appreciate any help. Thank you!

I mean if amazon offer $50 off and EF website offer ecocredit then you will have dilemma. In this case, everything: $50 off and ecocredit are all on EF website.

Anyway, Happy hunting

You can have the best of both worlds. EcoFlow is pretty generous with the 5% off coupons, so that brings it down to 760 and then you'd get the eco credits as well.
