FWIW the refurbished Q Revo has had a myriad of customer satisfactions.... Some say it's almost brand new, others that it was full of animal feces. YMMV

My Revo Q that I bought a couple of weeks ago looked almost brand new, but once I connected to it, I could see the old house layout and the 50+ hours it had been running.

I'm curious to see what arrives - I just ordered, probably won't set it up until the first week of October - so will it be "like new" or "full of feces" - only time will tell!

I received my S8 Pro Ultra today and it was soaking wet...which was a worse sign than I though. After I ran it I received an error that the dirty water filter was clogged. I washed it, replaced it, and had it mop again. This time it decided to empty the dirty water - despite giving me another clogged error - into the dock base and flooded the area with brown soup.

Already started my return Frown

I wonder if they all come wet from cleaning? Mine was wet but everything was packaged like new. All the parts looked slightly used/almost new, and I could see the old map with 24 hours of use time. That said, worth saving the $200 vs the Costco deal IMO considering the 2 year warranty. Got it last night and ran it right away. It did my main living/dining/kitchen area in 27min, my old Eufy bump-style would run until the battery was dead (probably hour and a half?) to do a decent but not as good of job. Then, I sent it to my office (mapped the floor right out of the box). It drove there vacuum/mopped then drove back in 5min! Super impressed. You do have to pick everything up though as it did get caught on my air purifier cord that was only sticking ~3" in the path (the spinning arm caught it), but I'm going to set up no-go zones near my plugged electronics I think to avoid that.
