I wish I was wrong, I occasionally have had to deal with enthusiastic teenage boys that need to bulk up for athletics and push their parents to buy this AFTER I advise that oats are significantly cheaper than all the maltodextrin. To be clear, there's nothing wrong with maltodextrin, it's a great slow burning complex carb. But 16 servings. I have never held the scooper but I swear it's almost a cup of powder per scoop, lmao.
EDIT: The label says two scoops are a serving and a scoop is 170 grams, so six ounces, a rice cooker measuring cup...

Maltodextrin has a higher glycemic index than table sugar, which means it can cause a rapid increase in blood sugar levels. This can be especially problematic for people with diabetes or insulin resistance.
