Going to return it because it has a coil whine problem. It makes sounds similar to a hdd seeking whenever it's plugged in. I say that because it's most apparent whenever there's disk access but it even makes the sound when off and the charger is plugged in
Edit: Windows didn't want to reset normally, so I had to use a bootable usb. The noise is still there and now even when the laptop is off
Lenovo's official website and their listing at Newegg for this particular model 21C6X01200 clearly mention this being FHD IPS Touch. eBay listings can be wrong and have been in the past as well, but the official website's listing is hardly wrong, if ever:
