I bought one. It is indeed touch and FHD. Uses a smaller SSD (not 2280). Tried to upgrade RAM with sticks from older laptops but would only take my 4GB stick and not my 16GB.

Going to return it because it has a coil whine problem. It makes sounds similar to a hdd seeking whenever it's plugged in. I say that because it's most apparent whenever there's disk access but it even makes the sound when off and the charger is plugged in

Edit: Windows didn't want to reset normally, so I had to use a bootable usb. The noise is still there and now even when the laptop is off

I don't know why you guys are making a simple thing rocket science.
Lenovo's official website and their listing at Newegg for this particular model 21C6X01200 clearly mention this being FHD IPS Touch. eBay listings can be wrong and have been in the past as well, but the official website's listing is hardly wrong, if ever:

Just received mine. Lenovo warranty is expired, Windows 11 Pro, 1080p FHD display with touch, 512GB SSD, 16GB RAM, 1080p webcam. Looks pristine, came in Lenovo refurbished box with Lenovo 65 W USB-C adapter. Computer and adapter wrapped like new. Display is sharp but color not nearly as good as my Macbook Air M1, which was expected. AC adapter gets a bit warm, but computer works well so far. Excellent price for a pristine Thinkpad. the listing says that the screen is 1366 x 768. where did you see that it's 1920 x 1080?

This has all my "musts" (FHD, backlit kb, anti-glare display, distinct pgup/pgdn, heat exhaust on the side [not the back]), but I'm a little out of touch with the market pricing.

Is this a good deal? edit: NM, I see it's not actually FHD

You are making the assumption that the seller was correct that it has touch, but incorrect about the resolution. I would be more inclined to think they mistakenly said it had touch and were correct about non-fhd resolution. No real way to tell until someone receives it

Like I said, the ebay listing has mistakes. Better to rely on the official specs as mentioned in the description.

42Whr Battery seems to be the only issue here. 5-6 hr battery life at best. Otherwise for the price, very good deal for Thinkpad.

These ThinkPads have a generous battery life as reported by some reviews too.
I'd advise to read and watch reviews and not assume things.

I don't need the advise as I am typing on the prior gen of this exact same laptop and 5-6 hours is consistent with my "real world usage" and not 1 or 2 random tests done by reviewers.
