Going to return it because it has a coil whine problem. It makes sounds similar to a hdd seeking whenever it's plugged in. I say that because it's most apparent whenever there's disk access but it even makes the sound when off and the charger is plugged in
Edit: Windows didn't want to reset normally, so I had to use a bootable usb. The noise is still there and now even when the laptop is off
Lenovo's official website and their listing at Newegg for this particular model 21C6X01200 clearly mention this being FHD IPS Touch. eBay listings can be wrong and have been in the past as well, but the official website's listing is hardly wrong, if ever:

Also, not just 1 or 2 reviews but there are several reviews of this exact gen, each stating battery life to be one of its highlights.
Even notebookcheck, which isn't a "random" review platform, tested the 57Whr of this which lasted around 13 hours and stated that the 42Whr model would last around 8-10 hours easily: https://www.notebookche
The other manual (the one you're referring to) is a general manual stating all available options of this series but NOT this particular model.

I just looked at it and it shows 1080 resolution (recommended in display settings) and it's touch.
Vantage shows 1yr warranty starting the day I placed the order so that may mean Lenovo factory refurbished.
The only complaint until now is that it came with a pretty old version of OS and drivers, WiFi wasn't working and had to plug Ethernet to get Internet working after a bunch of drivers and windows updates.
It came with windows 11 Pro
That's my main worry on these refurbs.
